Real People recruitment are working with an accounts practice, to help them hire an Accounts Administrator. This position will be an entry level role, which will suit someone with an interest in accounts or looking to take accounting exams.
Role: Accounts assistant
Location: Dublin 3
Contract: Permanent contract
Must have some accounting experience or studying towards certifications ideally gained in industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to build excellent client relationships.
Are capable of prioritising work effectively and have the ability to work successfully in a highly pressurised environment.
An IATI or ACCA interest would be an advantage but not essential.
Credit Control and cash reconciliations
Payroll including timesheet processing
Bookkeeping using computerised packages
- Microsoft office
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Monthly payroll returns
- Revenue returns p30 and p35
- Bank reconciliation statements
- Debtors and Creditors Ledger
- Monthly management accounts
- Sage Line 50
