Sales Executive – Car Park Management Solutions

Our client is a working with a well-established and rapidly growing provider of advanced car park management equipment and solutions. Based in Swords, the company specialise in the installation, operation, and ongoing support of innovative parking technology designed to deliver significant cost savings and improved efficiency for facilities across Ireland.

As they continue to expand, we are partnering with them to recruit an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of a nationwide territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers within car park facilities—such as property managers, operations teams, hotel groups, retail centres, hospitals, and local authorities—and introducing them to the company’s cutting-edge, cost-saving equipment and management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and approach potential clients across Ireland.

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including facility managers, asset owners, and operational leads.

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and present tailored parking solutions.

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proposals that clearly communicate operational and cost-saving benefits.

  • Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth project delivery.

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within facilities management, security systems, parking technology, or related technical industries.

  • Strong ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

  • Full clean driving licence.

  • Background knowledge of parking systems or access control is beneficial but not essential.
