We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established Purchasing department in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Collaborating with an experienced Purchasing team to raise supplier purchase orders accurately and on time.
Maintaining internal product databases with up-to-date PO due dates and pricing.
Providing key administrative support and ensuring procurement documentation is complete and compliant.
Working closely with the Logistics Department to manage urgent demands and secure timely, cost-effective freight solutions.
Procuring freight services and checking shipping/customs documentation (SADs) to ensure smooth clearance processes.
Monitoring inventory through Critical Inventory Reports and Back Order reports – expediting orders where needed.
Running Supply Chain Inventory Planning reports.
Managing the Neptune Bathing Ltd account (Shower Pods): placing orders, arranging collections, and liaising with freight providers.
Processing goods receipts and resolving supplier queries.
Generating stock and supplier performance reports.
Supporting team members during holidays and performing general ad hoc duties as required.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, confident manner.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted working relationships.
Solid computer literacy – must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, self-motivated team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable travelling across Ireland and the UK for meetings, training, and industry events.
Experience selling to high-end retail, and/or working on contract projects with architects, contractors, engineers or designers is an advantage.
Experience in housing development projects and understanding architectural drawings/specs is highly desirable.
High attention to detail, organisational strength, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
