Hours: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries from customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
Log, track, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and problem resolution.
Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
Support the wider team with administrative and service-related tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or office-based support role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems desirable).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
