We are seeking a strategic and technical Lead SAP EWM Consultant to join our Supply Chain Excellence team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of modern, efficient warehouse operations for our diverse portfolio of clients.
As the Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and high-performance technical solutions. You’ll lead the charge from initial discovery workshops through to go-live, ensuring that our EWM implementations are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our clients' logistics goals.
Solution Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, including Inbound/Outbound processing, Internal Warehouse movements, Physical Inventory, and Labor Management.
Strategic Consulting: Lead high-impact workshops to gather requirements. You’ll translate "business speak" into functional specifications that technical teams can execute with precision.
System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration between EWM and other SAP modules (principally S/4HANA, TM, and SD/MM) to ensure a unified supply chain ecosystem.
Master Data Governance: Define and manage the strategy for Warehouse Master Data, ensuring data integrity across storage types, bins, and packaging specifications.
Process Optimization: Beyond implementation, you will analyze existing client landscapes to identify "bottlenecks" and propose optimization strategies like Wave Management or Task Interleaving.
Mentorship: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex system issues.
The Expertise: A proven track record in SAP EWM consulting. You should have at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations under your belt.
Analytical Power: Strong ability to evaluate complex business processes and "connect the dots" between operational needs and system capabilities.
Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with EWM integration touchpoints (QIE, PPF, and CIF) and an understanding of how EWM interacts with ERP core modules.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You can explain complex SAP architecture to a C-suite executive just as easily as you can discuss bin logic with a warehouse manager.
Supply Chain Fluent: A deep understanding of global logistics, distribution center operations, and 3PL environments.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Flexible Hybrid Model: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a mix of remote work and collaborative on-site days in Ireland.
Impact: Your work directly influences the speed and efficiency of global supply chains.
