About the Role:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Developer to join their Sales Department based in Ashbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business and make a significant impact on its future success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including retail, hospitality, food service, and commercial sectors
Promote the company’s full portfolio of products and services, including
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
Work closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate specifications and costings for client projects
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s business development strategy
Maintain awareness of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s offerings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline reporting using CRM systems
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within refrigeration, air conditioning, HVAC, food service equipment, or related industries
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into client solutions
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Full driving licence required
