Real People Recruitment is currently hiring on behalf of a well-established client in the hygiene, janitorial, and cleaning supply industry, operating across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to manage a busy territory covering North Dublin and Meath.

Sales Representative – North Dublin & Meath
Location: Based in North Dublin, covering the North Dublin & Meath areas
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Perks: Laptop, Mobile Phone & Mileage Allowance (Own Transport Required)

Our client has built a solid reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service and is now looking to expand their team with someone who is passionate about relationship-building and business development.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a client portfolio in the assigned region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Provide expert product advice and support to clients.

  • Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous Sales Representative or Merchandising experience (field-based preferred).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • A proactive and self-driven approach to work.

  • Comfortable using laptops, CRM systems, and mobile tools.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Full Irish Driving Licence is required.

  • Own transport is necessary (mileage covered).
