Real People Recruitment are working with a well established Heating and plumbing company to help them hire a Personal Assistant (PA) / Scheduler. Due to an increased workload, the PA will be assisting a busy domestic plumbing division which is growing quite quickly and becoming a dedicated support person to the supervisor in the office.
Details of the role are;
Position: Personal Assistant/ Scheduler.
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 (

Salary: €12 - €15 Per hour (€24,000 - €28,000 Salary)
Hours: M-F 08:30 - 17:30
Start date: ASAP
Requirements: Experience as a PA and/or with the scheduling of workloads in a similar type of business is required. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite is required, Sage and Livecosts experience would be useful.
The job spec is as follows :
- PA to Domestic Plumbing Supervisor
- Generate quotations on Sage and send them to clients
- Schedule jobs with clients once the pricing has been agreed
- Manage/schedule work for the plumbers in the team, looking at least 1-2 weeks ahead all the time.
- Deal with any cancellations, changes to schedules.
- Support the Accounts team issuing invoices for the team and updating the Livecosts our project costing system.
- Look after any other general office related duties for the team.
Requirements
- Experience dealing with the public.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience as a PA and/or with the scheduling of workloads in a similar type of business would be useful.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel etc
- Experience with Sage or Livecosts would be useful.
