Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The Role

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join their busy production floor. Our client is open to distinct profiles for this position:

1. A Strong Manufacturing Operative  -ideally, with direct experience in the signage industry, looking to take on more responsibility.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that signage projects are fabricated to the highest standards, on time, and in line with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Fabrication: Oversee or directly contribute to the day-to-day manufacturing of various signage types (e.g., illuminated signs, architectural signage, vinyl application, or CNC-routed materials).

• Workflow Management: Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure client deadlines are consistently met.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to guarantee they meet strict quality standards before dispatch or installation.

• Team Guidance (Supervisor Level): Lead, motivate, and organize a small team of operatives, managing daily output and troubleshooting any production bottlenecks.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workshop and ensure all machinery and tools are operated safely in compliance with HSA guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience working within the signage industry.
Strong understanding of sign assembly, materials (acrylics, metals, plastics), and workshop machinery.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
Previous experience supervising a team in a manufacturing, fabrication, or light engineering environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage production timelines.

Requirements 

• Full eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction.

• Commutable distance to North Tymon, Tallaght.

• A keen eye for detail and a pride in high-quality workmanship.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
