Real people Recruitment is recruiting for a manufacturing company based in Robin Hood Road Industrial Estate, seeking an experienced Paint Blender for a temporary contract. You'll be responsible for mixing and blending paint products to specification, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Title: Paint Blender
Location: Robin Hood Road Industrial Estate, Dublin
Contract Type: Temporary (covering sick leave, approximately 3-4 weeks)
Pay €15.50 per hour

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and blend paint formulations to precise specifications
• Monitor quality and consistency of batches
• Maintain accurate records of recipes and production runs
• Clean and maintain blending equipment
• Follow health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Previous paint blending or similar manufacturing experience preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
• Physical capability for the role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
