Real people recruitment are working with a well established digital print company to help them hire a motivated and reliable General Operative to join their team. This role involves assisting with the production and installation of a wide range of print, signage, and graphic display solutions. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new skills across multiple areas of graphics and signage production.

Job Title: General Operative – Graphics & Print Production
Location: Baldoyle
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (flexibility required when needed)
Salary : €27,000 per year / €13.50 per hour Full time, permanent role - 6 months probation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle wrapping and branding on cars, vans, and trucks.

• Support the creation and installation of large format banners, posters, and mesh displays.

• Work on signage production including exterior signs, retail shop signs, built-up letters, totems, and mandatory signage.

• Install graphics and displays, including truck curtains, windows, manifestations, wall coverings, and exhibition displays.

• Help produce and prepare stationery and printed materials such as business cards, brochures, leaflets, and invitations.

• Operate equipment and tools used in printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.

• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.

• Provide support to senior team members and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in graphics, signage, or print production is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible and willing to adapt to different tasks.

• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

• Living close to the company is preferred,
