Real People Recruitment is partnering with a leading fresh food importer and grower to recruit 2 field-based FMCG Sales Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who are passionate about fresh produce and building strong retail relationships.

Job Title: FMCG Sales Representative, Fresh Food industry

Location: Covering Leinster regional area. based in Ashbourne, covering Dublin, Meath, Louth & Kildare (Full driving licence required)

Salary: €40,000 + €10,000 Commission based on KPI

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail managers across Dublin, Meath, Louth, and Kildare.

• Promote and sell a range of fresh food products to retail accounts.

• Introduce new products and identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FMCG or field-based sales.

• Full, valid driver’s licence.

• Eligible to work in Ireland.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Willingness and ability to travel across the assigned territory.
