Real People Recruitment is helping a Construction Company who provide mechanical and electrical service installations in office, commercial, industrial, educational and residential areas to find an Accounts Assistant executive to help them manage an expanding workload. This is a Maternity cover Part-time position with the flexibility to work part-time, 3 days per week, or mornings over 5 days per week.
Based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11, the hourly pay rate for this part-time role is between €15 and €17 per hour. The salary for this role if it was a full-time position would be between €30,000 and €34,000 per year.
Main Functions;
- Bookkeeping using computerised packages
- Credit Control and cash reconciliations
- Payroll including timesheet processing
- Bookkeeping using computerised packages
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Monthly payroll returns
- Revenue returns p30 and p35
- Bank reconciliation statements
- Debtors and Creditors Ledger
- Monthly management accounts
- Sage Line 50, Thesaurus, Microsoft office
Experience:
- Must have Accounts experience ideally gained in the Construction Industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to build excellent client relationships.
- Are capable of prioritising work effectively and Have the ability to work successfully in a highly pressurised environment.
- An IATI qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
